Therefore, the provider reserves the right to restrict or completely suspend access to the online shop for a limited or indefinite period of time. The Provider shall not be liable for the non-operation of the online shop due to lack of knowledge of how to use it, any consequences of misuse of the online shop, non-operation of the service due to network failure, power failure or other technical malfunctions which may temporarily, or even for a longer period of time, interfere with the use of the online shop.
Registration and purchase procedure
No user registration is required when ordering. This means that you can place an order without registering, but please note that prices for non-registered users may differ from those for registered users.
In order to place an order for a publication, you must enter your personal data (name, surname, address, e-mail address) and select the delivery method (personal collection, delivery by post). In the case of a company purchase, you must also enter the company name and the company's tax number.
To register for the event, you must enter your personal data (name, surname, address, email address). If you are registering a company, you must also enter your company name and tax number.
By completing the order process, the user also becomes the buyer.
Order from
The order process starts by selecting the offered products and adding them to your basket using the Add to basket button. One product is sufficient to make a purchase. Once you have made your selection, and assuming you agree with the contents of the basket, proceed to checkout by clicking on the Checkout button. The checkout process consists of three steps: 1 - purchase details, 2 - entering your personal details and selecting a delivery method, 3 - order summary. You can interrupt the order process at any time by closing the browser window, unless you have already confirmed your order by clicking the Confirm Order button directly after the order summary. In this case, please contact us at orders@bee-tox.com for any further information .
After you have placed your order, you will receive an email notification with the contents of the products you have purchased and instructions on how to pay the invoice, unless another payment option has been selected.
Price
All prices are quoted in EUR and include value added tax (VAT). The tenderer is subject to VAT.
Prices are valid at the time the order is placed and have no predefined validity, except in the case of promotions where the validity of the offer is specifically indicated.
Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it is possible that a price may be incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, the supplier will allow the customer to withdraw from the purchase.
The contract of sale between the tenderer and the buyer is concluded at the moment the tenderer confirms the order. From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the offerer and the buyer. After the order has been placed, the buyer receives an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted or rejected.
Discount Coupon (Promotional Code)
A discount voucher offers various purchase benefits and may be limited in time, quantity or value. You may occasionally find an active discount promotional code in the messages we send to marketing notification recipients or in other media or social networks, in thank you messages in your inbox, or in other places.
Use promotional code:
Select the items you want to buy and add them to your basket. When you have finished adding items to your basket, proceed by clicking on the basket. Below the selected items, there is a box preceded by "Do you have a voucher code?". Enter the active promotional code and confirm your entry by clicking on the "Confirm" button. This will deduct the value of the discount you have obtained with the code from the total amount.
This leaves a balance to be settled.
Only one active promotional code can be used for each purchase, even if several promotional codes are active at the same time. The customer is free to choose which promotional code to redeem, the last validated code will be used.
Continue the purchase process as indicated in the Order section.
Payment method, payment confirmation and invoice
The following payment methods are available:
Payment by ransom
If you choose to pay by ransom, the buyer pays the purchase price to the delivery service. The additional costs incurred when opting for a redemption payment are the delivery service's payment processing costs, which are added to the buyer's total purchase price at the time of purchase. The cost is shown as 'Payment by redemption'.
Payment by bank transfer
By crediting the Seller's account according to the offer/invoice sent to the Buyer's email address upon order confirmation. Upon receipt of the quotation/invoice payment, the order will be processed. With this payment method, the delivery process may be extended by 1-2 working days or by the time the payment is received in the seller's transaction account. The transaction cost of payment by bank transfer is charged to the buyer and depends on the terms and conditions and the price list of the buyer's bank.
Payment by payment card
You pay by credit card via the online payment interface (redirection to secure payment via Stripe). You do not have to pay any additional fees when paying online by card, these are the responsibility of the provider. You can pay online with a debit or credit card. If you choose to pay online by card when you place your order, please make sure you enter your details and follow all the steps to complete the payment. After clicking on the Order Confirmation button, the Stipe payment system pop-up window will open, where you need to enter your card details. The online shop does not store any card details, only anonymised information about the progress of the transaction.
When you pay by credit card, the following information is entered:
- Card number (16-digit number on the front of the card, numbers only)
- CVV code (last 3 digits on the back)
- Validity (month and year)
The payment process varies depending on the banking service provider or card issuer. You will receive the security code via different channels (sms, mobile device, etc.). If you do not receive the security code, please contact your banking service provider or card issuer. After clicking on the pay button, you will be redirected to a page where you enter the code you receive in an sms message from your bank.
After a successful payment, the transaction is visible in your bank statement.
When paying online by credit card, if the customer cancels the order or changes the payment method, please contact us at orders@bee-tox.com for a credit card or refund. The Supplier reserves the right to reduce the refund by the costs incurred for the cancelled order.
The original invoice will be physically attached to the products purchased.
When dealing with the public sector, an e-invoice is issued, so the invoice is not sent in physical form to the customer.
The invoice itemises the price, tax and all costs related to the purchase. It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the invoice information before placing an order. The Buyer is obliged to check the accuracy of the invoice details and inform the Supplier of any errors within 8 working days at the latest. Any subsequent objections to the correctness of the invoices shall be disregarded by the Tenderer.
Delivery and delivery charges
Delivery is not included in the price of the product, but is charged as a separate item.
Sample products (usually labelled Tester) may be subject to a reduced delivery charge.
Orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays or before 14:00 on Fridays will be processed and placed for delivery within 48 hours.
Delivery method
Shipments within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia are delivered by Pošta Slovenije d.o.o., therefore the delivery method is subject to the general terms and conditions of Pošta Slovenije and GLS.
If you feel that the delivery person needs additional information to deliver the parcel, please send us a note in reply to the order confirmation you received.
Orders from abroad are treated on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to refuse an order without giving reasons. You can place your order in writing at orders@bee-tox.com.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer (consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act) may, within 14 days of receiving the goods, notify the supplier in writing that he or she is withdrawing from the contract, without having to give a reason for his or her decision.
The Buyer shall not have the right to withdraw from the Contract if the sum of the payments to be made by the Buyer under the Contract does not exceed EUR 20.00.
The Buyer shall notify the withdrawal from the Contract by e-mail to orders@bee-tox.com with the completed Withdrawal from Contract form - bee-tox.si, which is available at this link.
The goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and in the same condition and without any visible signs of use. Exceptions to the withdrawal of an order are:
- redesigned or customised (e.g. packaging with engraving),
- which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. opened cosmetics and other products in direct contact with the skin)
In cases of exception, the tenderer reserves the right to decide how to proceed with the withdrawal procedure. The buyer will be informed in writing of the tenderer's decisions.
Upon return, the Buyer may request the return of the purchase price, which the Seller shall refund to the Buyer's transaction account no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal. We also offer the possibility to exchange the product in our online shop.
We allow companies, sole traders and other legal entities to return shipments of goods under warranty conditions. These organisations do not have the possibility to withdraw from the contract within 15 days of taking delivery of the goods without having to give a reason for their decision, as is the case for consumers (natural persons).
In the event of withdrawal from the order, the Buyer must return the goods received immediately or within 14 days of receipt at the latest, either by post to the Seller's address above or by hand to the Seller's collection point.
The only cost to be borne by the buyer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods (which, in the case of shipping, is charged according to the delivery service's price list and depends on whether it is a consignment/package/shipment). We do not accept redemption shipments.
Refunds of payments made will be made as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days of the tenderer taking delivery of the returned goods. The payment received shall be returned to the Buyer by the same means of payment used by the Buyer.
Complaints
Complaints will be accepted if the supplier has not respected the agreement made at the time of ordering (has not delivered the product ordered or has delivered it damaged). The supplier undertakes to rectify the defects as soon as possible.
The Provider reserves the right to reject a claim in the following cases:
- if no invoice is attached,
- if the goods have not been returned in their original packaging,
- if the goods have been used by the buyer without restriction until the withdrawal from the contract.

The Online Shop uses appropriate technological and organisational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data, orders and payment information.

If you turn off cookies on your computer, you will not be able to make a purchase from the online shop.
Purchasing from our online shop requires the collection of some of your personal data. We do not pass on the information you provide to third parties, except for the purpose of confirming the validity of your purchase and for the delivery of the products. The Provider takes all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with ZVOP-1.
By purchasing from our online shop, you expressly agree that the personal data you provide at the time of ordering (name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number) will be stored and used by us solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order, and that your e-mail address may be used for direct marketing of the same or similar products or services as those you have purchased from our online shop.

The Provider shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the information published on its pages is up-to-date and correct. However, the characteristics of the products, the delivery period or the price may change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the websites. In such a case, the supplier will inform the customer of the changes and give the customer the opportunity to cancel the order or to exchange the product ordered.
Although the supplier endeavours to provide accurate pictorial representations of the products sold, all pictorial representations should be taken as symbolic and thus do not guarantee the characteristics of the product.

The Provider shall make every effort to comply with its obligation to establish an effective complaints handling system and to designate a person whom the Customer may contact by telephone or e-mail in the event of a problem. Complaints can be made by email to orders@bee-tox.si.
The provider will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within eight working days and inform the website user how long it will take to process the complaint, keeping them informed throughout the process.
The Provider is aware that an essential feature of consumer litigation, at least as far as judicial settlement is concerned, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in settling the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to a consumer not bringing a dispute before the courts. Therefore, the provider shall make every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.
The body responsible for out-of-court settlement of disputes or for handling complaints from parties is the ECDR, http://www.ecdr.si/index.php?id=44. Dispute resolution can be done online.
